VOLUNTEER TASK FORM

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for SpayGeorgia. SpayGeorgia is a nonprofit organization that is supported entirely by donations and volunteers. We are always in need of financial contributions and we offer a variety of volunteer opportunities.

I am interested in volunteering in the following activities:

_____Volunteers are needed on a continuous basis to organize and coordinate fund raising events. Suggestions: yard sales. My fundraising idea is to plan and direct _________________________________________________________.

_____ Scrapbook volunteer. Keep SpayGeorgia records and memorabilia in scrapbook form.

_____Staff the SpayGeorgia information table at various events.

_____ Obtain sponsors for fundraising events—cash and merchandise donations.

_____ Public relations activities—reporting SpayGeorgia activities in the media. Acting as a spokesperson for the organization.
